How long will my order take to ship?

     Due to the specialized nature on some of our designs, processing and shipping times may vary. It is a safe bet to say that most custom orders can be made within 7 business days. However, shipping can take up to an additional 5 business days to be delivered. 

I never received confirmation of shipping, what should I do?

    If you placed an order with us for an item that is marked in stock and you haven't received a tracking number, please contact us so that we can find your tracking information manually.

 What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

     In the event that you received a damaged and or incorrect order, please reach out to us as soon as you are made aware of the issue. If you contact us by email, please attach a picture of the damaged product so we can replace it for you. Please note that we will only replace damaged items up to 7 days after they have been marked as delivered. The same goes for incorrect orders.

Can I request a custom design?

     At this time we do not have an official way to submit a custom design request, although we are always open to receive feedback and suggestions. We can not guarantee that all requests can be accommodated, and if we are able to complete your request, pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
